I would like to thank Frank Robleto and Jason Douglas for hosting the Victory ship inspection and luncheon on April 9th ~ I had a great time. The ship looks fantastic after its recent dry dock. Frank and Jason were fantastic answering all my questions. Lunch was outstanding ~ A HUGE Thank You to the wonderful Dining room servers who took the time on their day off to not only serve us but to dance for us too!!! I look forward to seeing the Breeze in May. (Had to wait until after my upcoming cruise on the Valor)

Received a phone call from a client who has just returned from a 7 night cruise on the Carnival Dream, and he was very impressed with the ship, the food, the entertainment, etc. He said the only two “glitches” that occurred was his traveling companion had a shoe missing from her luggage when it was delivered to their stateroom (it was in a zipper compartment on the outside of the bag) and then she left some garments in one of the drawers of their stateroom. I have already contacted post cruise issues concerning this to see if anything was turned in. My client stated this was his fourth cruise, and he was so impressed with his experience on The Dream he will definitely be booking a fall cruise.

Thanks for letting us know that your clients really enjoyed their time onboard the Carnival Dream.  That’s always nice to hear!  However, we’re sorry that a shoe went missing from their bag and that they left some clothes behind.  You’ve done the right thing by contacting Guest Care.  If the items turned in to our Lost & Found Department match the descriptions you gave us, our team will contact your client to arrange delivery.  This process takes about 6-8 weeks, so we appreciate their patience.  Thanks again for choosing Carnival.  We can’t wait to welcome your clients back this fall.
