I thought I’d give a mention to something so drasticaly overlooked. Agency bonus commission certificates from CLIA….. They are worthless for Carnival. I have not been able to use a single one in years because they have to be used on a Fun Select Fare – which is NEVER sold. What agent books this fare unless a ship is sold out at the last minute!? And the terms of the coupon are specific about receiving it BEFORE the sailing date. When 90% of your clients book in advance by months, and you have a ton of fares lower by hundreds of dollars – how are we supposed to use it? Part of the benefit of the clia bonus coms is to help offset the cost of our membership and yours are no good. …. Since carnival just asked the cruise rookies portion of the agency reward savings thousands of dollars on lost points, and axed comissions – i think you can afford to honor the clia bonus comis coupons.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with our CLIA coupons. We understand there are guests that book in advance, however, we also have several guests who do book the Fun Select Fare for their cruise. Our goal is for Agents to be able to utilize these coupons, we will take this one back and consider different options for the future. Thank you for your partnership.

Last year I participated in the Carnival Conversation in Atlanta and it was a great experience. Will Carnival be in Atlanta this year or in the future?

Thank you for your participation with Carnival Conversations! We do try  to offer different locations so  more people can get the opportunity to attend. This year we do not have any events that will be hosted in Atlanta, and we invite you to stay tuned for the 2016 Carnival Conversation schedule.

My clients have asked if Carnival will have an option to select regular french fries and seasoned fries on the newer ships. Only seasoned fries are offered, it would be great to have two different kinds or an option to have fries without salt.

Thank you for your suggestion. We have sent your feedback to the appropriate department for consideration. Thank you!

Hi Carnival! I just wanted to let you know that your Journey’s series is fantastic! and that I am getting tons of feedback that they do take the boredom of cruising. So please continue these sailings throughout 2016 and beyond! Also I have a lot of disappointed clients that really wanted to try Carnival for the first time and now have backed out, since you canceled the Magic 12 Day itinerary in November 2016 that did Cartagena and Colon, they really want to see this itinerary again in the future as I would have have A LOT of cruise rookies on board that sailing. Thank you for listening always..

Thanks for taking time out to share this fantastic feedback with us.  We are very excited about this very unique cruise experience so it`s great to hear that you are also getting positive feedback.  We currently have several voyages next year through November 2016 already on the books, so we want to keep the excitement going.  We are so sorry that many of our guests were disappointment in the cancellation of the 12-day Carnival Magic.  This information was shared with our itinerary planning team for future consideration.  Thanks again for your feedback.  Keep them coming.

I have a client that would like to go on a cruise with her husband and their 6-month old baby. They questioned me on why an infant would pay $800.00. She asked if baby-sitting would be provided, and I responded no she would have to pay for that. She asked what is she paying $800.00 for since she would be bringing formula for her infant, baby food etc. The infant will be 6 months old if they decide to book a cruise. Can you help me out and give me the reason why infants would pay almost the same as an adult. Thank you.

Thanks for your feedback. All guests are required to pay, regardless of their age. The rates are based on the number of berths per stateroom. Not based on age of the guest.
